Moritz von Rappard is a project developer and broker. He works as a concept developer, curator, director and dramaturg at the interface of socially relevant and artistically creative work. In this way, tailor-made solutions are created for the most diverse tasks and target groups. His work ranges from exhibitions, event series, discussions and events to workshops and radio broadcasts. A wide range of experience in the visual arts, dance, theatre, radio, new media and early music, as well as in the fields of programme design, dramaturgy, PR, directing, production management, lighting design, stage technology and, last but not least, accounting, form the basis for an exceptionally open working method, which is nevertheless never arbitrary. From 2014 to 2016, Moritz von Rappard was responsible for numerous discussion, workshop and conference formats in the field of Arts Education at Kulturprojekte Berlin, which focused on networking and exchange between a wide range of actors* from the fields of culture, politics and education. After further training in mediation and moderation, he was project manager in the range of art and cultural mediation in Europe at the Genshagen Foundation from 2017 to 2020. Within the framework of the competence network KIWit (Cultural Integration and Knowledge Transfer) initiated by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media, he developed the g3 method ("Gemeinsam gesellschaft gestalten"). Inspired by the innovation method Design Thinking, these six process guidelines are a free approach that creatively leads heterogeneous groups to concrete results without professional moderation. In this way, cultural institutions can implement opening and participation directly and practically.
